We are looking for Accounts Payable Superstars in the Central Auckland, North Shore and West Auckland due the dramatic business growth of our clients. If you are available for temporary positions, you are in demand.
The Roles
We have a variety of fantastic AP roles available with supportive and helpful team and great company culture, as well as flexible and friendly work environment.

Mid to High volume invoice processing

Invoice system handling ideally ERP systems

Working to company procedures and customer terms
-
Process automatic payments, direct debits and refunds
-
Ensuring payments are processed efficiently and timely
-
Resolving vendor and supplier queries
-
Database management
-
Uploading monthly journals
-
Building relationships with colleagues, customers, managers and working closely with other finance teams to resolve invoice queries
Key Skills & Experience
-
Accounts Payable experience
-
Invoice processing skills through to payment
-
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to investigate errors
-
Likes building relationships, able to work under pressure and is a team player
-
Experience with robust ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage

Basic - intermediate excel skills
