Roading and or Three Waters expertise essential
The Directorate of Infrastructure at Napier City Council are determined to further build, enhance and future proof their team to become a centre of excellence in roading and three waters design. We are looking for two Senior Design Engineers expert in these two disciplines to take up two new design roles.
Napier City Council is in the midst of an exciting period of positive change. Their plans for city enhancement are evident in their long-term plan, and there are some major projects on the horizon. Joining their infrastructure design team will see you having great input into this region.
Technical design delivery and stakeholder mentoring relative to design projects across a wide range of roading, utility, sportsgrounds and other civil works across the city will be your core focus. You will be working with other members across the asset and infrastructure team to take and then deliver the technical designs to meet their design brief and needs. You will act as the engineers’ representative on project sites to ensure that designs are adhered to in in the best interest of Napier City Council. You will also be mentoring and guiding the design team and other members of the asset team around you to ensure best design practice, standards and guidelines are adhered to.
If you have the roading and or three waters design engineering qualifications and practical experience to step in and have an impact, then we would love to hear from you.
