You will have a civil/geotech qualification, preferably with good CAD ability. It would be an advantage if you have worked with geosynthetics before or have an understanding of the design functions and advantages that they provide.
You will be highly organised, able to work collaboratively with clients and the sales team, solutions focused and above all have the right attitude. The position is based at Cirtex head office, Kopu, Thames, Coromandel.
Key activities of the role include:
- Providing technical support and CAD for geosynthetic designs, including reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs and slope stability applications
- Providing the business with high level technical knowledge of the products, design programs, business methods, standards and accreditations
- Manage projects and recommending viable solutions for contractors and engineers
- Supporting our sales teams with level technical solutions
- Maintaining accuracy of technical data
You will need:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience
Ability to maintain and build collaborative relationships
Impeccable attention to detail
The ability to communicate articulately, both in written and oral form
The ability to multitask, prioritise, and time manage impeccably.
Demonstrated project management experience
Good knowledge of industry standards, appropriate technical standards and legislation
And above all someone who works with a professional mind-set with a focus on solutions.
