The Firm
 
Is an expert project management & construction delivery business, operating in the built environment, with an impressive track record in leading and delivering complex projects successfully across New Zealand. They enjoy a prime position within the Wellington market and due to a recent promotion have a rare opening for a Project Director.
 
The Opportunity
 
Operating as the clients trusted adviser you will work across a portfolio of projects and lead front end client engagement including feasibilities and design management.

Supported by a team of Project Managers, you will provide oversight and support for professional project management through the construction phase. You will look to drive value engineering and inspire your team to be innovative, yet deliver to your client's goals.
 
You will provide high level risk management and ensure robust project controls allow construction to be delivered in a safe and quality focused manner.

This role would suit a Senior PM looking to step up or an existing Project Director looking to join a leading, national level firm.
 
Skills & Experience
 
• Senior Project Management experience 
• Extensive track record in the commercial building sector
• Experience in design leadership
• Professional and articulate in approach
• Proven team leadership ability
• Related tertiary qualifications preferred
