We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Concrete Structures Site Foremen. you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for supervising on all facets of assembling/erecting Wireless Telecommunication Towers. This includes civil works, foundations, formwork, prepping, fencing, cabinets and tower installation.
The role:
Your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited, to the following:
- Understand and execute the building plans
- Follow the construction program and exceed performance targets – supervising trades and scheduling of work
- Induct and manage subcontractors and extract performance
- Take the lead in a hands-on role
- Provide decisive leadership
- Have a good knowledge and possess skills to implement H&S at the work place
- Resolve any problems on site
- Have extensive experience in all aspects of concrete structures and provide effective solutions.
The requirements:
- 3+ Years’ Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish
- Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A Class 2 driving license
- Drug free
