This specialist contractor have a significant value of work about to commence with 12 Villages in New Zealand offering at least 12+ years worth of job security.
They offer on site support, mentoring under highly experienced senior staff.
They have a strong senior Project/Site Management team now in place they are now looking for a skilled foreman to assist in the construction of this large multi story project
In this position, being Foreman is the next step from Leading Hand giving you experience off the tools co-ordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants as required to ensure that work is proceeding per the plans and specifications 
You will be working closely with the Site PM and also be in frequent communication with the PM, and Leading Hand ensuring progress, quality and H&S are on par 

• Managing teams of direct labour and independent contractors, materials ordering and QA on products / workmanship
• Being conversant with structural, civil and architectural drawings
• Being responsible for all health and safety on site- You will need to have a good understanding of the NZ regulations and ensure at all times EVERY person on site is following this.

Salary:         $100K/ $40P HR WAGES
Report to:    Project Manager
Report from: Leading Hand/Site Supervisor
Hours:          Monday to Friday -45 Hour week
Location:      10KM from CBD Auckland
