With around $40million of work secured over the next 24 months, the future is secure with this main contractor with a difference. With projects split between new business and development of their own land, this is a true market leader in the delivery of commercial projects. Projects have varied across large scale warehouses, residential apartments, educational, other residential/commercial and office fit-outs.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Site preparation prior to commencement
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Overseeing subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Managing H&S
In order to be successful with your application, you must have a proven track record as a Site Manager and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver structural envelopes on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to management of on-site staff.
