Have you worked in Project Management and delivered interior fit out & refurbishment projects for large clients?
Franklin Smith have been asked to source an Intermediate Project Manager with experience in interiors working across multiple projects at any one time.
Our client is a recognised provider of PM, cost consulting and architectural consultancy services with a focus on understanding specific requirements from the start to guarantee envisaged outcomes.
Paramount to their success has been due to multiple factors but primarily the organic growth across the various departments and the team culture. They form deep-rooted relationships with those who engage them, ensure an easy communication channel and ultimately exceed expectations.
Key tasks:
- Manage the project(s) within the set budgets, time frame/schedule and ensure prudent cost management while maintaining a highquality standard to meet the requirements of the client
- Quality Management
- Manage diverse and challenging projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with teams based onsite and off-site to maintain high level of communication
- Formation of detailed project programme
- Setting and maintaining an efficient strategy
Ideal candidate:
- 3 to 4 years working with another consultancy or in a clientside project management role
- Proven understanding of project management methodology
- Strong communication skills to deal with a variety of different stakeholders
- Results driven and motivated individual who is enthusiastic about working on a number of different projects and learning from the best in the industry
- High attention to detail
- Proven understanding of the NZ construction industry and building process
- Ability to work within a wider team
