The company provide a full design and construction service through an in-depth understanding of the project lifecycle, including concept design, scope and budget, programming, consents, contractor management and on-site coordination. They work within commercial construction but are also industry leaders in design and construction management of specialised industries covering a wide range of projects from warehousing, aquatic centres to farming.
What the role needs:
- Client focus! A lot of work is negotiated, a strong clients focuses is required
- Experience on commercial projects is a must! Exposure to processing is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of full control, from construction through to financials.
- Experience in developing and managing budget, programme and contractors
