A nationally renowned business with offices throughout the country, this Waikato based construction company is a leading Main Contractor with a reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget. With over 50 years' experience across numerous sectors including industrial, healthcare, retail and commercial, the company have constructed some of the country's most premier buildings.
 
To assist with their on-going work load our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Hamilton based team.
 
The role consists of, but is not limited to the following tasks:

• Contract management and administration 
• Programming and planning all works
• Construction management 
• Management of subcontractors and own labour 
• Submitting all claims with any variations
• Liaising with clients and ensuring open lines communication 

As a Project Manager your skills and experience will be required to manage all aspects of the project, ensuring a successful delivery to a high standard and within the allocated time constraints.  You will have an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
 
With a trade or tertiary background in commercial management and a history of the successful delivery of high end projects you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Team.
