About the Role 

Due to continued growth within the business, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rotorua team on the Eastern Bay of Plenty Network Outcomes Contract. 

Based in Rotorua, you will be looking after a wide range of projects on the Eastern Bay of Plenty Network including variations and recovery efforts. Your main responsibilities would be looking after pricing, planning and tendering for these projects, including resource management and meeting targets. You will be tracking the project through use of technologies such as RAMM and MS Project. You will be out in the field identifying problems and implementing appropriate solutions, while managing and developing efficient work teams. 

What we are looking for: 

• Experience in all aspects of civil construction/roading with a preference for those with drainage, earthworks and road base construction experience.  Experience in a maintenance contract would be advantageous. 

• BE, NZCE (Civil) or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent or near completion of diploma (desirable)

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project and previous experience using RAMM desired, but not essential

• Being adaptable, flexible and having the capacity to cope with multiple issues.
