We currently have a role for an experienced programme/project manager who has a good understanding of the property industry for a major fit-out programme which will enhance the security of frontline staff and improve the customer experience.
Our client is currently involved in a major programme to improve the physical security of its frontline staff so that they are able to deliver social services in a safe environment. This is also an opportunity to redesign the physical layout to improve customer experiences. The programme will deliver over 120 sites in a series of tranches over a number of years.
They are looking for a seasoned project manager who is comfortable working in a fluid environment requiring excellent planning, leadership and relationship management skills. You will have experience in a project or programme environment, and have experience of supplier and contracts management.
This is a fast-paced environment with high levels of expectation. You will need to be flexible, confident and credible.
