Our client is a large national NZ contractor with a busy and growing interiors division. With the high demand for their work they are in need of an addition PM to specialize running the interior fit out projects for their portfolio of Auckland clients.

The role will cover end to end management of interior fit-out projects, from gathering client requirements and managing design through to construction management, programming and handover to clients.  The projects range from small to large scale, with a range of high end commercial clients.

We are looking for:

• Demonstrable success in delivering large-scale fit-out solutions in the commercial sector, ideally with NZ experience
• Min of 4 years’ experience in project management roles (client side or contractor)
• Relevant tertiary degree and/or trades qualification
• The enthusiasm and drive to deliver the best solutions to clients
• Knowledge of interior design principles and construction techniques, as you will be taking the lead with teams from internal design to onsite contractors 
• Strong relationship management and communication skills 
• A creative approach to problem solving 
• Understanding of current market trends e.g. collaborative working spaces and shared office spaces
• A trades background is desirable

The successful candidate will be working on projects across Auckland and the salary range for this position will be $100-120k depending on experience.
