Now hiring in the Wellington region, our client are keen to speak with talented Site Managers with a proven background in running commercial construction projects. If you are looking to further your career in site management please review the following:
Qualifications - Trade qualified in a relevant construction discipline, Site Safe and full NZ driving licence required
Experience and skills required:
- 5 years minimum experience working at site management level, ideally on projects valued $10m +
- Strong personality and effective communication skills
- Active health and safety Leader on site
- High level of technical knowledge regarding commercial construction
- Ability to build rapport with all levels of people involved in the project
- Ability to programme works
