Our Tamaki office requires a Project Manager to manage social housing construction projects as well as residential construction projects and provide efficient, responsive and cost effective service, while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through the construction of homes to the agreed time, budget, quality and specification.
In this role you will:
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met (site, administrative and reporting)
- Establish and maintain excellent internal and external customer service
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire construction
- Ensure construction standards and schedules are in accordance with the Mike Greer Homes quality management principles
- Work with our key IT support software ensuring information is accurately entered and managed
- Schedule and deliver relevant and constructive meetings, provide critical information via weekly updates and production meetings
- Set relevant personal training goals
About you:
- Intermediate level of computer literacy and open to learning new systems
- Organised, can work to deadlines, under pressure
- Enjoys being part of a team, supportive of others and open to developing their own abilities
- Proven track record in residential project management, or
- Experienced in construction, ready to progress to project management
