About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a senior role within the NZ Corporate office and forms a very integral part to ensure operationally the F & I and Account departments in all AHG NZ Dealerships are achieving the required KPIs.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a Senior Position within the F & I or Finance Industry,
- A proven track record of performance, staff management, and the ability to coach, train mentor and develop a team of over 20 Dealership F & I Business Managers and Consultants
- Additional to this we require strategic thinking,
- The ability to adapt quickly to a change in environments and Legislation, with a True knowledge of all aspects of this industry to assist in Budget Creating and achievement with a Focus on Integrity, accuracy and Governance.
