With this stunning growth comes a huge challenge and responsibility to cultivate the best performance from our teams, following our latest implementation of a new scalable global management structure.  We’ve built an exceptional team of super high achievers and we need a Chief Growth Officer to bring together our sales, marketing, account management and customer experience teams to drive outcomes and revenue.

WHAT IS THIS OPPORTUNITY ALL ABOUT?

As Chief Growth Officer you will be across multiple direct reports covering Marketing, Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success.   You will be a significant contributor to our culture and will hold a crucial role in management and leadership including bringing together the teams you manage and those you partner with to achieve maximized revenue/customer growth and retention.  Our challenge relates to supporting our people through sound leadership to break down barriers, ease bottle necks and encourage growth so we can double that head count again.

To achieve this the Chief Growth Officer needs to be a relentless; communicator, fixer, trainer, manager and developer of high performance people. They need to be all about proactive action; anticipating gaps to bring home the win!

 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Oversee and guide a dynamic globally focused marketing team
  • Oversee and guide a high caliber customer focused key accounts team 
  • Lead a small but extremely effective and talented sales team to continued success
  • Lead, coach, mentor and grow capacity to deliver a world class customer experience
  • Recruitment and retention of key sales and marketing teams, essential to maximizing the growth and customer experience of the ezyVet platform
  • HR escalation and proactive management of performance of direct reports and their wider teams
  • Ambassador of team culture aligning with key ezyVet values
  • Manage and grow new and existing customer revenue and margins
  • Identify, develop and manage external business partnerships and opportunities that grow and retain revenue performance
  • Participate and contribute as a key member of the senior executive team
