Our client is a leading removals company.
They are looking for an experienced branch manager with industry knowledge to join them and look after one of their flagship operations. You will have commercial nous and love the challenge of managing a sales team in a competitive market.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to lead, develop and manage a busy and energetic team
- An experienced line manager with removals experience
- Focused on the delivery of superior service
- Experienced in the private sales market
- Motivated by challenge and highly resilient
- Customer focused – pro-active and relational
- Commercially astute and a love of numbers
- Able to work with detailed procedures and protocols
- Proficient with their computer skills
This is a senior role within their leadership team and as such will offer a package that reflects the calibre of the individual required. This includes a competitive base salary, incentive bonus scheme, staff benefits and company vehicle.
