The Role
 
Take over a hot desk in a National Account Management and Sales Position. You will be taking on an extensive portfolio of agencies across New Zealand with a small number of clients based in Wellington and Christchurch.  Travel requirements will be minimal, predicting a two-day trip every three months.
 
Working in a small office you will have the ability to make the role your own by bringing your own account management style to the job. You will be working alongside and reporting to the New Zealand Sales Director.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building new relationships
  • Securing Campaigns
  • Managing live campaigns
  • Putting together proposals and small-scale presentations for clients
  • Liaising with both clients and publication companies
  • Scheduling and attending client meetings
  • Being proactively present for clients and understanding their needs
  • Weekly Reporting

The Person

You must enjoy working with a range of clients and thrive in a fast paced, reactive enviroment, with a proven ability to take care of clients’ needs in a timely manner.
 
You will be a self-starter as the role is very autonomous with the offering of working from home one day a week and can take initiative.

 
Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of account management/sales experience
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work to short timelines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to your work
  • Industry experience not required
