Europcar New Zealand is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our great HQ team in Auckland! Reporting to the New Zealand Sales Manager and working alongside our other Sales Coordinator superstar, this role aims to provide sales support and business analytics services. Our HQ Team based out by the airport are a small team of hardworking people who love what we do and we are proud to say we work for Europcar. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide sales support, business analysis & administration to the New Zealand Sales Manager.
  • Assist the New Zealand Sales Manager to strengthen account relationships, help solve client issues, and answer product queries.
  • Coordinate sales activities, events and key projects as required.
  • Attend meetings and functions as required.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly management reporting to customers using Business Objects
  • Administration and set up of SalesForce and our online reservation tools.
  • Weekly reservation report checking

  • Intermediate computer skills including experience using SalesForce (desirable but not essential)
