Join a technology 'Scale up' as their Head of Sales for ANZ. Use your reporting, analytical and sales leadership skills to develop and mentor staff and increase revenues in an energetic and team focussed environment.

A leading well funded ANZ Ad-tech business that is moving into the next phase of their growth. Transforming classified advertising across real estate in particular through to Facebook’s platform to increase views, interest and ultimately revenue, the business has had substantial backing meaning you will be joining the team at an exciting time of growth.

Description

You will be responsible for leading sales activity where you will coach and mentor your team, adding to the energetic and motivated existing culture. Analysis of team activity, revenue growth and customer retention is imperative to this role where you will use your reporting experience to monitor and lead the continued learning of the sales team.

You will work closely with the CEO on the sales strategy and be responsible for implementing it to drive growth within new business revenue streams across New Zealand and Australia as well as the retainment and growth of existing accounts. Setting the team monthly, weekly and daily sales objectives coinciding with wider company targets ensuring a fun but competitive approach is taken through internal competitions and sales initiatives. You will implement individual performance plans to ensure your team are working efficiently and driving towards the company’s common goal.

Profile

• You have experience managing Outbound Sales teams, lead from the front and be able to implement sales KPI’s within a team to ensure that your team meet and exceed targets.

• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and participate in sales calls and open the eyes of the team to different ways of approaching the sales pitch, overcoming objections and building new relationships.

• You will have the ability to wear multiple hats at one time and excel in a fast paced, always changing environment where you think outside the box to ensure results are achieved within a high performing team.

• Well practiced in CRM reporting and strong analytical skills to understand team activity and be able to implement changes according to findings.

• High energy and influential internally and externally. You enjoy change and thrive in a leadership position.
