Customer Account Manager & Photographer -  Maternity Leave Cover Position

 

Our team is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working individual! 30 hours per week in an exciting varied role.

Ideally you would possess the below skills - 

 

  • Develop business opportunities for Property3D specifically for the product RealScan powered Matterport
  • Arrange, book and undertake photoshoots

  • Manage all equipment, making sure all gear is charged, well kept.

  • Take still shots, Panoramics & 3D scans

  • Manage shoot records, no of shots, floorplans etc

  • Upload imagery, moderate and publish.

  • Keep systems updated as job progresses

  • Liaise and manage relationships with key suppliers

  • Consistently deliver high-quality service

  • Follow team processes

  • Create Tours using Matterport

  • Support P3D team, particularly photographers

 

Sales Activities

 

  • Establishing leads & opportunities (KPI)

  • Preparation of quotations

  • Deal with enquiries and follow up communications in a timely manner.

  • Client visits – new and existing – identify and follow up business leads as required.

  • Consistently convert leads to wins as per KPI requirements

  • Assist with the preparation of proposal documents in consultation with fellow members of the team.

  • Updating & maintaining prospects & client information in Salesforce Database.

 

Client Management

 

  • Serve both new & existing clients, identify their needs and provide quality service.

  • Gather information on clients, understand their business and identify decision makers etc.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Keep in regular contact where required to review progress and further opportunities.(KPI)

  • Project Coordination

  • Provide assistance to team to ensure the timely delivery of major projects.
