A brand new fixed-term position has opened in our head office at New Zealand Couriers based in Penrose. This key position is around supporting the National Account Managers and Commercial Sales Managers to aid in delivering a proactive service standard to our top tier customers.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, as well as being a flowing communicator, possessing a willing attitude to seek out and diagnose anomalies in data.
Are you pragmatic? Able to get around Excel with ease? A multitasker and able to identify trends?
This position has a key focus on reporting by concentrating on live data, to identify and work through trends in order to isolate varying results and in turn, acting on these.
This will include liaising with key customers, internal operational staff, Branch Managers and of course looking after the needs of our National team who are ultimately striving to deliver an outstanding service to their customers.
This is a fixed-term role, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, ending on 24 December 2018.
