The Business
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to join a highly respected company with a long standing presence in New Zealand. The business imports and distributes zero-turn mowers and associated outdoor power equipment through a national dealer network and is known for having extremely high quality products. This is an exciting time for the NZ business as they are in a significant growth phase across all divisions.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll need to be able to sell the value in the product. Your responsibility is to manage the North Island dealer network with brands offering strong growth potential. There is a strong existing customer portfolio which you will manage and grow, along with developing new business to reach expectations for the territory. Customers largely consist of lifestyle and contractors but all business is channelled through the dealer network. This is a hands on role involves a lot of driving / travelling as the products you will promote and demonstrate need to transported on a light-duty truck.
What you'll bring
- A track record of selling solutions to customers (ideally in capital sales)
- Ability to manage and grow a territory
- High work ethic with a desire to contribute to a growing team
