Sharedspace.co.nz is an online marketplace that connects these available spaces with the right people. We are on the hunt for a superstar to join our team to help manage the growing number of businesses using Sharedspace. 

About the role

Your role will be to help our customers achieve success on our platform and have a great experience when using sharedspace.co.nz. You will work closely with our new and existing spaces to ensure that they are satisfied with the service we provide and improve on areas of dissatisfaction.

This role would suit someone who has at least a couple years experience under their belt in a similar role and great attention to detail.

This a great opportunity to join a fast growing NZ owned company as we enter a new phase of growth in the business.

Skills and experience

  • Serve both new and existing clients, identify their needs and provide quality service. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Look after all inbound phone and emails from potential clients and current clients.

  • Guide users through the site and assist with listing their space.

  • Ensure all users have a positive experience using sharedspace.co.nz by going over and above to help.

  • Account Management for our larger clients

  • Educate potential spaces on the benefits of our using our sharedspace.co.nz

  • Monthly reporting

  • Provide overall support for the team

 

To be successful in this role, the Customer Success Rep must,

  • be technically savvy,

  • be a self-starter,

  • be self-motivated,

  • have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written,

  • willing to think outside of the box and be pro-active,

  • be a team player,

  • have at least 2 + years experience in a similar role or industry,

  • be able to work permanently in NZ
