Our client is one of the leading suppliers of electrical products across the South Island. Due to the increasing demand of the electrical industry in New Zealand, their Queenstown branch is now looking for an Inside Sales Superstar to provide an increase in revenue or profitability of the Queenstown branch by providing exceptional customer service to all customers who visit or communicate with the branch.

To be successful for the role, you will need to have the following:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·Customer Service & Sales - proactive and timely service to all customers in a manner that fosters long-term working relationship with customers and client
·Stock Co-ordination - ensures stock is accurately picked, packed and dispatched to a customer
·Administration Skills - Accurate entry data skills ensuring all stock and customer sales administration is completed in a timely manner

·Organisation Skills - demonstrate a deadline driven approach to work and values time management and urgency

·Problem Solving Skills - assess issues and works to resolve it effectively and objectively

·Relationship-building Skills - ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships

·Proven reliability and commitment to work - exemplifies commitment to helping others to be successful.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Completing effective and efficient sales transactions to customers accurately and with urgency

·Receipting in of inward goods in an accurate manner

·Ensuring all customer orders are accurately picked and dispatched without delay

As you will be the face of the company, we require someone who enjoys meeting with customers with enthusiasm and focus on achieving great results and meeting targets.

Ideally you will have at least a 2 to 3 years of experience doing retail sales on a junior role.

Knowledge in the electrical industry will be an advantage but not necessary.
