The role of Online Sales Coordinator for Ecowool, based at Sheepworld in Warkworth, will be available from late July or early August. This is initially envisaged as a part time role (may become full time).
Working in a small team and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for the fulfilment and administration of Ecowool’s online sales from our website www.ecowool.com.
The position requires a highly customer-focussed person, with strong communication and organisational abilities, excellent attention to detail and high level interpersonal abilities.
You will have previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales and a love of quality product. A good level of computer literacy and excellent email etiquette is required. You will enjoy this busy role if you are customer focused and have a desire to constantly improve what we do.
