You'll ideally come from a mechanical or electrical engineering background so you'll bring a methodical approach and the technical credibility to have intelligent conversations with your customers. Perhaps you're looking for an opportunity to get off the tools and make the most of your friendly personality in a people focussed role where you'll have the maturity to responsibly enjoy the flexibility of managing your own workload with the team's goals in mind. If you don't have mechanical or electrical experience but you are technically inclined and can point to sales success in the food industry, this role could be a good move. You'll bring a sharp eye for detail and a good level of commercial maturity. You're adept at problem solving and you can demonstrate an ability to identify potential contributing issues to the overall problem. You can use your broad understanding of your customer's business and operational requirements and listen to understand the issues to recommend a practical solution.
