Are you passionate about providing superb Customer Service? We are currently looking for outstanding Customer Service and Sales Representatives who have the ability to provide the best customer experience they can!
Our client is a private New Zealand owned business and are a market leader in direct selling and are now expanding their Contact Centre based in East Tamaki. They are looking for experienced individuals who have had at least 2-3 years' experience in customer service and proven ability with successful sales.
The role itself will consist of:

Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting with customer's queries,

Identifying opportunities to sell products from the extensive selection of brands/products.

Ensuring customers are responded to via email and webchat portals.

Ongoing product training for newly released items.
What our client is looking for in you:

Provide an exceptional customer experience on every call

Have some previous exposure to sales roles.

Have clear and concise English communication skills

Ensure all customer problems are solved within an acceptable timeframe

Ability to effectively manage your time to ensure your days are organised and productive

Highly motivated individual to work hard
