About the role:
The role is based in our modern Stuart St offices with a fun and friendly work environment and involves:
- Outbound calls to customers to achieve payment of debts
- Receiving calls or correspondence from customers regarding their debt
- Dealing with customer queries, disputes and negotiations
- Maintaining the database to ensure account notes are kept up to date
You will have:
- The ability to work under pressure and handle conflict situations
- Well developed written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good Computer skills
- Previous Call Centre, Collections and Customer Service experience would be an advantage
