The Dimond Hamilton team has loads of roofing knowledge and is one of the top performing branches nationally. This has meant we can employ a sales representative who doesn’t necessarily need to bring any industry experience with them – what we are looking for is a great attitude and work ethic to match the rest of the team, and we will provide the tools and training to ensure you succeed. This role will be responsible for the Hamilton area promoting and selling Dimond products and services. 


About you:

· Be able to tell us what your unique blend of skills, knowledge and experience will add to our team – perhaps you have a strong sales background, or have worked somewhere else in the building industry, or are a guru with technology

· Ability to develop successful relationships with customers and other teams in the business that make a real difference

· A passion to make sure our customers love doing business with us

· Genuine thirst to learn, and become an expert in the products you sell and what benefits they provide our customers

· Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities

· Effectively organise your time and balance priorities

What you’ll be doing:

· Securing sales – by being out and amongst our customers, and spending time with internal teams to ensure we deliver to customer requirements

· Supporting existing and potential customers such as Commercial and Residential Roofers, Structural Fabricators, Plumbers and Builders

· Outstanding customer service to be successful in a highly competitive market.  

· Interaction with a variety of people involved in the building projects from architects and specifiers, to builders and home owners.

· Building strong relationships to ensure delivering on targets

· Developing solutions to meet market needs.
