We are looking for a talented individual who ideally comes from a recruiting background and will deliver excellent results into our IT space. If you don’t come from recruitment, you must have a B2B background and understand the importance of providing solutions to our clients. You will succeed in this role if you can understand relatively complex roles and are pro-active in achieving your goals.
In this role you will grow and manage your own candidate portfolio. As you may know, there is a huge need for talent in IT throughout NZ, therefore there is huge opportunity in identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new clients. As an expert in your field, you will lead by example and influence the development of others. We are a supportive and collaborative team who support each other, share market knowledge and leads for new business. You will be working in a high performance team that is focused and target driven, with this comes great rewards.
