While Millennium employ over 4000 staff in Australia specialising in cleaning and security since 2003, they are relatively new to the New Zealand market, having started in late 2016. However, they are experiencing rapid growth and require more vibrant, motivated staff to join them on their next exciting chapter


We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Central/Lower North Island team. You will look after cleaning staff for our large clients, making sure that the quality of cleaning is of the highest standard, and you’ll have a knack for getting the best out of your people. You will be recruiting and employing staff, so you'll need knowledge of HR and H&S systems and follow them by the book


Your tasks will include Quality Assurance reports of the stores that your staff will clean. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone each day managing staff and ensuring our client relationship is strong.
You’ll be recruiting staff and bringing on new contracts. There will be an element of travel both for training, and for QA checks to stores. You will have a good eye for detail, great time management an empathetic nature and a hunger to strive for continuous improvement. Being available for your team at short notice is required a ‘get stuck in and help’ mindset is a must. You’ll also need a clean driver licence and be able to use an iPhone
