Brand Developers Ltd (trading as the TV Shop) is one of Australasia's leading direct response television companies. We sell quality products that are household names in fitness, homewares, lifestyle and DIY through multi-channel distribution - DRTV, digital and retail channels.
We are a diverse, vertically-integrated business spanning advertising, sales, research and development, manufacturing, distribution and advertisement production.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Services Specialist will be part of the Customer Services team supporting our customers through various channels, ensuring we maintain and exceed our service level agreements and service levels to all customers.
This role is responsible for resolving customer enquiries, outbound calling, inbound call answering and emails. In addition, this role will also be dealing with customer escalations/serious incident cases and providing first call resolution. You will be required to liaise with not just external customers, but other departments and transport companies to get the desired customer outcome.

We are looking for:
- a minimum of two years customer service experience
- contact or call centre experience
- a natural problem solver
- the ability to multi-task with exceptional organisational skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail
- someone highly motivated and professional
- a strong desire to meet targets and KPIs
- the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships including regulatory bodies.
