About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hungry Sales Account Manager to provide exceptional relationship delivery to existing Medium and Large Corporate clients in New Zealand and a desire to grow these and their own client base.

YOU MUST ALREADY HOLD A VALID NZ RESIDENCY OR CITIZENSHIP.

What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Analyse existing/potential customer needs.
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Track sales and provide status reports.
• Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5  years of experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to or in the IT services and consultancy sector in New Zealand.
• Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. This must be evidenced.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Capable of working well in a Team environment.
• Positive and resilient attitude.
• Must have a full NZ Driving license

Imagetext’s three founders are faced with a monumental decision: Continue down the existing typesetting track, or forge a new path into the strange ‘digital’; typesetting landscape.
