Industry Account Manager – EDL Fasteners Mt Maunganui

As our Industry Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing key customers while looking to develop new clients within the Bay of Plenty and Coromandel area.  This is a challenging and rewarding position which will require someone who is confident, personable and tenacious with plenty of ‘get up and go’ to ensure exceptional service is provided, each and every time.

Skills and Experience to be successful in this role:

  • Previous account management experience and proven sales experience
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing and engineering product environment – an advantage
  • Industry knowledge 
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and foster strong relationships with customers and industry players
  • Proven ability to not only talk but listen to the needs of customers, providing expert product support and advice
  • Be commercially astute
  • Have great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Have a clean driver’s license, be able to pass a police check and a pre-employment drug test
  • Have a great attitude, sense of humour and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
