Boyd Motorcycles have been selling and servicing leading brands of motorcycles for over 50 years, such as Suzuki, KTM, BMW and Royal Enfield in Hamilton. We also support other well known motorcycle brands with a focus on road bikes, dual sport, off road and farm bikes. Our sales and service department are supported by one of the largest Parts and Accessory departments in New Zealand that also has an increasing online presence.

We require an efficient and organised Motorcycle Apparel and Accessory Salesperson to join our expert parts department.

This is a varied and versatile front line position Apparel and Accessory Sales role where you will be required to assist with road and off road clients instore or online, answer phones, manage enquiries in a timely manner, merchandise displays and restocking. Most important of all you will be providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles. Industry experience will be an advantage but we are happy to see all applicants that have impeccable levels of customer service and sales skills with a strong work ethic.

  • Strong customer focus - externally and internally
  • The ability to retain information and follow processes
  • Attention to detail and an awareness of your surroundings

This is a full time role working 8-5:30 Monday to Friday and rostered Saturdays 9-2pm. We have a roster in place to ensure each parts department staff member has one weekend and one weekday off per month.
