You will enforce / uphold the high territory manager standars of the business to increase increase customer engagement and ultimately grow sales.

This will be achieved by solid business planning, in depth knowledge of customer needs as well as a thorough understanding of company products and services, systems and processes.

About the role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales processes and disciplines efficiently and consistently
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers that ensures a high level of engagement and commitment
  • Deliver a genuine partnership approach with all customers with the aim to become the preferred supplier
  • TSM standards leading to Customer Engagement and ultimately Sales Growth


Key Requirements:

  • 1-4 years B2B sales experience
  • Ability to be highly productive in an autonomous role
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to motivate customers to gain commitment and buy in
  • Ability to think short-medium term and use a variety of data to develop Territory business plans and customer plans
