About the Role

  • You will provide sales and service support to defined Spark Business Hub portfolios across New Zealand
  • Contact customers and identify opportunities and solutions to generate leads.
  • Recognise opportunities to help our customers save time, money and operate more efficiently in the marketplace.
  • Schedule meetings for our Business Development managers to meet with customers
  • Own, facilitate and escalate situations such as faults on Spark Business services that customers experience
  • Act as an “ambassador” for the company by providing friendly, courteous, efficient and well-presented service to all customers and suppliers
  • Assist with the provisioning and invoicing of sales as needed when there is a shortfall in post-sales support resource
  • Handle telephone calls professionally and effectively by determining the nature of call, filtering where necessary, courteously dealing with enquires and providing information and redirecting customers to appropriate staff when necessary

  What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in Telesales, administration and after sales processes.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to clearly articulate with the clients and fellow staff members keeping them informed & up to date on the sales process or current issues across the business.
  • Comfortable in upselling of our value added services
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM systems will give you an advantage but is not essential.
