Position Purpose:
The position of Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and becoming the critical link between FXNZ and the Customer. You will become one of the key relationship holders with your customer, meet with them regularly, identify opportunities to add value to a customer’s business and to improve existing services.
The outcome of this role will be to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction with the end result being a profitable long term relationship.
Relationship Management
- Working closely with existing customers to determine their present and future support needs and proposing suitable services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation.
- Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in customers’ strategic business planning processes. Building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Addresses customer concerns and complaints.
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Create plans to address customers’ business needs
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs

- Background in customer service
Desirable
- Customer relationship management experience
- Sales environment experience
