However, they are experiencing rapid growth and require more vibrant, motivated staff to join them on their next exciting chapter
We are currently looking for a Contract Manager to join our Hamilton team. You will look after cleaning staff for our large new contract, making sure that the quality of cleaning is of the highest standard, and you’ll have a knack for getting the best out of your people.
Your tasks will include Quality Assurance checks of the stores that your staff will clean. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone each day managing staff and ensuring our client relationship is strong.
You’ll be recruiting staff and bringing on new contracts. There will be an element of travel both for training, and for QA checks to stores as you will cover a large area to cover. You will have a good eye for detail, great time management an empathetic nature and a hunger to strive for continuous improvement. Being available for your team at short notice is required a ‘get stuck in and help’ mindset is a must. You’ll also need a clean driver licence and be able to use an iPhone
