BPM NZ Ltd is seeking an experienced sales representative to join our friendly team, starting as soon as possible. This position is to cover the lower North Island territory as our sole representative for this area. BPM NZ is the NZ branch of BPM Australia PTY, an established wholesale and distribution company specialising in premium gift, stationery, pharmacy and baby ranges, including leading brands (Sheaffer, Cross, Nite Ize, Galison, Barska, Christian Lacroix, Troika, BabyBjorn, Chicco, Isoki, SillyBillyz and more.).
The territory covers Wellington through to Gisborne in the east and New Plymouth in the west, to be covered in a regular call cycle, and may also include the Nelson and Blenheim area at the top of the South Island. This position also requires attendance at trade and consumer shows such as NZ Gift Fairs and Baby Shows.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in a similar sales context, and preferably have established retail contacts in this territory. As the company office is based in Auckland, you must be self-motivated and well-organised, with good communication skills. A clean driver’s licence is essential, and the candidate must be eligible to work in NZ.
This position comes with a base salary plus commission and requires achieving pre-set yearly sales and financial budgets. The position includes a company vehicle, phone and iPad.
