The Pitch.

As you'd imagine our customers are pretty important to us and we've got a huge variety of them. Some of them just need looking after by our very capable TSMs. Others need a little more attention, which is why we have a team of Customer Business Managers. They are the experts who can provide more insight, more experience and more dedicated service. These guys are looked after by a National Business Manager and right now we are looking for one of these for our QSR & Cinema Channels.

The Role.

Basically, we want you to own our QSR & Cinema Channels. Essentially, we are talking about McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, Wendy's, Restaurant Brands to name a few, all the names you know and love as well as our independent customers. We want someone to tackle the effective management of the QSR & Cinema Customer Business Managers, to assist in planning and managing the QSR & Cinema Channels successfully to reach the goals determined by the channel planning process. Someone who will manage the development and implementation of Key Customer Business Plans targeting growth opportunities and provide logically presented analysis to assist critical decision making within the QSR & Cinema and the wider On the Go channel.

What Do I Need?

Your experience in On the Go is essential, as well as proven experience in managing a high-performing team. Obviously, you will have demonstrated outstanding key account management success and be a strong negotiator. To succeed here you will need keen strategic insight, excellent business acumen, strong grasp of financials and the ability to step back and see the big picture. Finally, you need stacks of energy and drive and a tonne of dedication to developing business growth.
