Your new company
My client is a well known non for profit organisation doing some amazing work in the community.
Your new role
They have an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business for a 2 month contract. You will be reporting directly to the Senior HR Advisor and assisting with a number of generalist HR tasks. You will primarily provide assistance to the Senior HR Advisor with specific projects and also oversee any ER issues that may arise whilst the Senior HR Advisor is on leave. You may be required to provide support with recruitment and issuing employment contracts as well.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Joining the internal orientation working group who are examining what is currently working well, what needs to change and improve and how to make these changes.
- Assist with performance reviews such as analysing data and provide recommendations
- Attend meetings with Preferred Supplier members to discuss contract requirements
- Provide recommendations as to how to prevent harassment and bullying in the workplace
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2-3 years experience in an HR Advisor position and must have the ability to hit the ground running. Building relationships quickly is imperative for this role as is the ability to work autonomously.
