The role:
We’re on the hunt for a full time Customer Service Star; you will need to be available to 40 hours per week.
Based at Auckland Airport, you will be results driven, a real team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
You’ll be cheerful; relaxed yet motivated; and have a passion for people, simplicity, transparency and delivering an awesome rental experience for the customer.
Your efforts will not only reward you but will genuinely help others who are in need of professional, friendly and efficient service.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who knows is cheerful, relaxed yet motivated
- A high level of initiative with a ability to problem solve on the go
- The ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
- Current full New Zealand drivers licence
- Must be comfortable driving a variation of different sized vehicles, including a 12 seater van
- Experience in the rental car industry is preferred, but not essential
