With an internal appointment to another business unit, comes a great opportunity for an energetic, and engaged customer service representative to join them.

You will be at the heart of Furnware and working closely with the large Account Management team where you will assist in capturing customers’ needs and translate them into a finely tuned brief that internal teams can work to in order to meet the customer’s expectations. You’ll be busy - with internal and external contacts over the phone and with the high administration of processing variable data, creating quotations managing credits and returns along with other key documentation that is imperative in this environment.

This role is all about having a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while taking ownership of the customer requests that come your way. You will be super organised and leave a positive impression on all you come in contact with; right from the factory operations through to the Customer and the busy remote sales team in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. The key to your success will be in your initiative, presentation, and ability to communicate and connect the dots with accuracy. You must have a proven work history in administration support and high end customer service delivery.
