HR Business Partners
As excellent relationship managers you will have an impressive tool box in the generalist HR area. Working in an engaged and cohesive team, you will enjoy the diversity and global nature of this business.
You will have an end to end range of business partnering capabilities that include change management, employment relations, learning and capability, coaching and mentoring.
You will role model and be strong business advocates in delivering the organisation’s People Strategy embedding the new organisational values together with the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Proven experience as a business partner is essential.

Resourcing Specialist
An excellent understanding of the operational and recruitment functions of HR is imperative, as is a passion for partnering and understanding business. You will provide guidance and leadership on recruitment policy and practice to ensure an excellent customer experience, attraction of high calibre candidates and contribute to building a strong employer brand.
The Resourcing Specialist will have proven experience in a variety of recruitment environments at a senior level, with a track record of tapping into non-traditional markets for potential recruits.
We are seeking a seasoned operator who has an established network to keep up-to-date with recruitment approaches and trends and is a team player.
Unit Manager, HR Business Partners
This is a newly established position in the HR Business Partners team. The Unit Manager will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the HR vision and values and the delivery of the People Strategy. You will provide leadership on strategic and operational HR matters to the Business Partners team and to their customers.
The role focuses on leading the HR Business Partners team to deliver high quality services and performance through streamlined, consistent and effective HR advice and guidance to people managers while minimising risks, and optimising the capabilities of our people.
