The Company
Razzbri is one of the leading specialists in the ever-changing Digital industry. We're a dynamic Recruitment Agency who recruit within the Digital space, specialising in Creative, IT, Technical, Data, Marketing and Client Services. If Digital is in the job description - we’ll fill it!

We were the first Digital Agency in NZ, so we have been around for a long time, which means we are well established with long standing relationships with our clients. 

The Role
We're currently on the hunt for an additional experienced Recruitment Consultant to champion a Digital & Technology desk here in Auckland. We work with an established team of recruiters where you can craft your career and make it your own. 
 
You'll be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and existing clients
• Running an end-to-end recruitment desk 
• Business Development with new and existing clients
• Running reference and background checks
• Searching and mapping out the market in the Digital space

Ideally, you will have the following experience:  

• Recruitment agency experience (2-3 years)
• Experience recruiting in the IT/ Technical or Digital space
• High level of written and verbal communication
• Ability to interview and screen candidates whilst building and maintaining key relationships with clients.
