Our client has an immediate need for an experienced senior HR advisor who brings a passion and technical expertise in the delivery of ER services.
The right candidate must have a passion and interest in the world of ER as the role requires resolution of varied and entrenched issues. You will be required to support managers with complex cases, investigations, and responding to personal grievances.
This is a busy and challenging environment, but you will be supported by a strong and highly experienced team and will work closely with an in house legal team when required.
This role will suit someone who is motivated and enjoys a busy and varied role. This is a great team of people who are passionate operators - a great place to be a part of.
