This position will afford you the opportunity to take some real ownership in the front end of the process . As a leading generalist recruiter who has led the way in excellence around delivery you have the benefit of knowing that size and scale in this industry does matter.

You will work smartly and strategically taking take the brand to market looking to secure opportunity and growth in the areas of temporary and permanent placements across a range of market sectors whilst massaging existing relationships and nurturing key stakeholder relations. 

The boundaries are not set in stone and your clients and remit will transcend many and varied sectors of the economy so a wide brief will allow you to work in a number of exciting verticals.To be able to perform and deliver into the business you will need to understand how the recruitment process and wider industry works, an awareness of the buttons to push in the recruitment market and what it means to deliver to a bottom line expectation. So someone who has either worked as a BDM or Senior Consultant with an agency and is looking to specialize would be perfect.

This role is set up to allow you to really attack the market and make a name for yourself with strong support from a highly geared group of consultants eager to make you look good.

To enjoy this role and be seriously considered you will need to embrace the thrill of the chase, have past or current recruitment industry experience. Be driven by your own self interests and those of the company. Have a track record in sales and business development and Key Account management and be target minded. .
